Morgan Sindall Investments Limited ("MSIL") is a leading investment and project finance company, focusing on the development of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) with the public sector's governing institutions and authorities.

The Barclays European Infrastructure Fund was set up by Barclays Bank to provide equity funding for companies undertaking PFI and PPP infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe. The Fund invests capital provided both from Barclays Bank and by other institutional financial investors.
