The Community Solutions 3PD portfolio comprises thirty premises across the UK from Rosyth in Scotland down to Eastbourne on the South coast of England. These premises are mainly modern purpose built health centres, however the portfolio also contains some older properties including a Grade 1 listed Community Hospital.

Community Solutions provides property, accountancy and facilities management services across the portfolio as well as specialist advice to PCTs and General Practitioners on development of new premises as well as extensions and refurbishments of existing properties.

Our hands-on management allows us to have a close working relationship with our tenants that goes beyond the usual managing agent and tenant relationship. Our experience across the health sector is important and helps us to understand the requirements of Doctors, other health professionals and health service provider organisations with regard to their current and future accommodation needs.
